The statement of purpose (SoP), sometimes called the personal statement, is one of the most challenging parts of the graduate school application. In this third workshop we discuss the structure of the SoP and explore ways that applicants can discuss their experiences, motivation, and fit to program. Brainstorming worksheets and an open educational resource will be provided.
