The Leadership in Business certificate helps prepare students for managerial and leadership roles through a flexible, fully online program tailored to today’s working professionals.

Whether a student is looking to learn more about leadership or seeking a flexible, stackable pathway into the Professional MBA, the certificate provides exposure to MBA‑level coursework, faculty, and the Ivy College of Business learning environment. With 15 credits drawn from the MBA core—including focused study in leadership and management—the certificate enhances a student’s career prospects, allows students to build graduate‑level business expertise at a pace that fits their professional lives, and offers a flexible pathway for those who may later choose to complete the Professional MBA.

Admission Requirements

Graduate College Requirements:

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Academic Records/Transcripts
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (Program may alter requirement to be stricter than the GC.)
  • Proof of English Proficiency.
