  • The Thesis Fee (U-Bill) pays for ISU thesis review for publishing and processing, thesis technical help, and printing and binding fees for the University Library.
  • The Publication Fee (paid online to ProQuest at time of submission) pays for the microfilming, archiving, publishing, and web access/distribution of the thesis.
  • ProQuest will also optionally register a U.S. Copyright for you for $65.
  • Begining Fall 2008, the Publication Fees will be $55 for Masters and $65 for PhD ETDs.
