The 2008 Graduate College New Graduate Student Orientation was a huge success this year. Around 350 students toured the offices of 1137 Pearson, as well as met with representatives from Access Plus, Accounts Receivable, Academic Success Center/Student Disability Resources, CELT, Child Care Services, GPSS, International Office, Iowa State Center, ISU Dining and Department of Residence, IT Services, Keep ISU Beautiful, Margaret Sloss Women's Center, Parks Library, Recreation Services, Student Counseling, Student Health Services, Student Insurance, Student Legal Services, TechCyte, and US Bank. Students signed up for prizes donated by the Graduate College as well as: A&R Marketing (Dogtown), Aetna, City of Ames Parks and Recreation, Delta Dental, Iowa State Center, ISU Athletic Department, ISU Dining, Memorial Union Marketing, North Grand Mall, Printing Services, Reiman Gardens, Student Support Services, TechCyte, and YWCA of Ames.
