This test is for non-native English speakers who DO NOT have a prior Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree from a U.S. college or university.

*If you have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree from a U.S. college or university, where the language of instruction was English, you need to fill out a form to certify that you have met your English requirement.
